PhysiApp is the patient-facing app within the Physitrack ecosystem. Following the Physitrack rebrand, the PhysiApp website needed to evolve to reflect the updated product, visual language, and expanded feature set.
The redesign focused on clearly differentiating PhysiApp (for patients) from Physitrack (for clinicians) while maintaining a strong visual connection between the two brands.

The challenge:
Align the website with the new Physitrack brand system
Reflect major app updates, including redesigned UX and engagement features
Clearly communicate PhysiApp’s value to patients
Show more in-app content and information
Create a more engaging, friendly, and motivational tone
The solution:
Used different accent colours from the shared brand palette to distinguish PhysiApp from Physitrack while keeping consistency
Shifted the visual approach to screenshots over illustrations, making the experience more informative and user-friendly
Reflected the redesigned app experience, including badges and engagement elements, through playful visuals and storytelling
Updated content to clearly explain features such as personalised programs, progress tracking, reminders, and direct communication with physios
Structured the page around a simple “How it works” flow, mirroring the app experience itself


The new website better represents PhysiApp as a supportive, motivating companion in a patient’s recovery journey. It feels lighter, more human, and more aligned with the updated app experience, while still sitting confidently within the wider Physitrack brand.
